When i compare what the three people I interviewed said there is a difference, I think that the difference is because of age. I interviewed my dad who is 38, i also did a girl from work named cassie and she is 24, then i did my friend Jessica who is 18. when i asked them what is media? they all had a general response that was basically different ways to influence people and to get information across. i asked how do the media impact you life, and i noticed that my dad had more impact because he cares more about the events in the world and the many different ways you can use the media, he understands that its everywhere and you cant really get away from it. then jessica had said that it doesnt really impact her life, but then again she had never really thought about it because she is so use to everything, she says that she just takes it for granted. i also asked in what ways do they use the media and my dad had said the newspaper and watching the news on t.v. and listening to the radio. Cassie and Jessica had said more stuff that a younger audience would use like the internet and t.v., also magazines and music is popular. i really just noticed that the age difference made the difference on what they thought of/used the media for because with age different things are important to you.
